The face of America's workforce is changing.  Baby Boomers are now the fastest growing segment of workers and job seekers in the country; a trend that will continue for the next decade and longer.

With this change, comes change in the workplace, how employers will recruit, train and retain qualified employees, and how job seekers will look for employment.  These changes can often be confusing and seem overwhelming, but there is help.

Job Seekers receive assistance in resume writing, developing a job search plan, work interest exploration, job seeking tips, interviewing techniques, and if qualified, may be eligible for paid skills training and work experience.

Employers are encourage to tap into the pool of qualified workers who are taking advantage of our employment services.  Subsidized on-the-job training arrangements may be available for some employer/employee matches.  No matter what your staffing need, we probably have the skilled, experienced, and qualified candidate you're looking for.
